Alex Zanardi would welcome second BMW Sauber test

After making his return to a Formula One cockpit as a double-amputee at the weekend, former Grand Prix driver Alex Zanardi said at Valencia that he would test the hand-controlled BMW Sauber again - given the chance

The 40-year-old Italian, whose open wheeler career was cut short when he lost both legs below the knee in a 2001 Champ Car smash, expressed disappointment at the Spanish circuit on Sunday when a technical failure struck after 19 laps.

McLaren move could destroy Lewis Hamilton warns Red Bull Racing David Coulthard

Red Bull racing star David Coulthard is concerned that young British sensation Lewis Hamilton, who was signed to partner double world champion, Fernando Alonso, at the Mercedes powered McLaren team, will end up destroying his motor racing career by jumping up to the pinnacle of Motorsports too soon. According to the Scotsman, the young Brit should have spent a full season testing before attempting to partner Alonso, who, could very easily destroy his future.

Mark Webber wants results in GP 2007

The 2007 Formula One season begins at the Albert Park circuit in Melbourne Australia next March, but home grown hero Mark Webber is already ready and raring to go, as he prepares for his first season with the Red Bull racing outfit.

Although Mark knows most of the members and his way around their Milton Keynes based headquarters from his days at Jaguar Racing, the upcoming season will be totally new to him.
